In my opinion, I think the Airbus A340 and the Boeing 767 are the best replacements for the Airbus A310.
In terms of freighter A310s, perhaps the Boeing 757-200F will do.

Perhaps you should try purchasing the smaller variants such as the A340-200 or B767-200. If unable, try purchasing smaller aircraft such as the B757 or A321 (if the A310s are being used in medium-haul routes).

I think the best replacement for the Fokker F28 would be the Boeing 737 Classic (300/400/500). The -300 is leasable.
