Since the 1972 crisis ended, the passenger index hasn’t recovered completely, but my biggest issue is that my flights’ satisfaction is very low, even though the planes are in a good condition. Does anyone know why??

Yes, I think I do. #1: How old are your planes? If your planes are any older than 12 years, they might be at 5% happiness. Also, even if the planes are okay, (#2) Check your services. If the service satisfaction is low, then the entire route satisfaction might be low. I recommend 50% service satisfaction or more. #3, how full are your competitors’ planes? If they are full and their satisfaction higher, either raise your satisfaction or close the route. I’ll help anytime!
Thanks for the reply, I could solve it. My employees required a higher salary and I didn’t notice.
Ok, anytime!
