None of my routes have over 57% Satisfaction, even the A300B4 and 747-200 routes. How can I fix this?
Have a look at the seat pitch/design as they can impact satisfaction. It can also be impacted by service investment and inflight services
Maybe your employees aren't satisfied with the wages (check at the employees tab on the investment section) or negelct over service investment (if you found this out as the reason. Maximize your service investment ASAP)
