Is difficult, but i use A321-200 for replacement of 757-200, but i can to recomendate to you B737-900 Too, the only alternative in my opinion. But if the range is so far for those planes, use A330-200 or B767-300/-400 (depending of your configuration of the seats). But if you use a B757-200 for large routes, and that route is very very difficult to have 70 or 80% occupation. In that case i usually replace B757-200 for Airbus a319.

Any route of mine that is less than 3,500km will use an A321. 3,500km or longer will use a Boeing 757-300.
