Guam is a small island city located in the Western Pacific Ocean. The city is a United States territory and is hence labelled as Guam, USA in the game. The city has high tourism ratings that usually hover around or exceed 250, but have lower business ratings that range from between 80 to 150.

The default airport here is Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport (GUM).

The airport is named after Antonio Borja Won Pat, the first delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives from 1973 to 1985.

High tourism ratings makes this island a popular place for people to fly to. However, the moderately isolated location makes this place a difficult place to make a hub in. This city can be connected to nearby large and medium sized South East and East Asian cities like Kuala Lumpur, Beijing and Fukuoka. Long range routes to this city are also possible so as long as competition is absent and the route comes from a fairly large city like New York or London. Low business ratings, however, can limit the number of first and business class passengers as well as the amount of cargo and, hence, cargo revenue. So cargo operations into this city is not recommended.

Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, although popular, usually attains a level 3 status and nothing more. Due to this, it is not recommended for players to buy the airport from the national government. Additional airports would also never attain maxiumum slot usage. Thus, additional airports should not be considered unless a player is willing to privatise the entire airport.

For a tiny island city, the best planes should not only have high satisfaction. It should also be of medium capacity with medium to long range capabilities. Examples include the Boeing 767, Airbus A310 and the Douglas DC-8. Due to low business ratings, cargo planes used should be restricted to only small capacity planes like the Boeing 737F, although such planes usually only have short ranges. This can limit the number of cargo routes formed.
