Havana is a small to medium sized city located in Cuba. It is the capital city of Cuba, but have low to medium business and tourism ratings that range from between 100 to 200 each. The tourism ratings are known to be slightly higher than the business ratings.

The default airport here is Jose Marti International Airport (HAV).

The airport is named after the Cuban national hero, José Julián Martí Pérez. In his short life, he was a poet, an essayist, a journalist, a revolutionary philosopher, a translator, a professor, a political theorist and a publisher. He actively fought and opposed the Spanish occupation of Cuba until his death in May 19, 1895 when he was killed in battle while fighting Spanish troops.

Since Havana has low ratings, profits made from this city will be limited whether it's from cargo or passenger routes. Beginners, and airlines who are looking to grow fast, are advised to avoid this city. However, Havana has a few plus points that may give an airline an edge during the course of the game. Players starting here are recommended to fly to large cities like New York and Lima in order to gain significant profits. Competition in this city is rare and airlines do not have to worry about their routes falling victim to it. Players should bear in mind that Havana cannot sustain any form of competition due to its low ratings and should be prepared to suspend routes if necessary. Besides this, Havana is in an excellent spot for creating routes. Airlines can fly to many highly rated cities in North America (e.g. Toronto and Los Angeles), South America (e.g. Santiago and Sao Paulo) and even to Europe (e.g. London and Rome) with the appropriate long ranged planes.

Jose Marti International Airport usually does not attain a status beyond a level 4 by the end of the game. This lack of demand for slots makes additional airports useless and unprofitable. Hence, players are strongly advised not to consider buying or building airports in Havana if they value credits and want better returns on their capital.

Flights to large cities should use aircraft that have medium capacity of any range. Such planes include the Douglas DC-8, Lockheed L-1011, Airbus A310 and the Boeing 767. Players planning to fly to other small and medium sized cities should utilise planes with a small capacity like the Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and the Bombardier CRJ Family. Aircraft with a large capacity should be avoided in order to minimise unnecessary excess space and lessen depreciation.
